MuseumNext Launches Podcast for Museum Professionals
At MuseumNext we have always strived to bring innovation and inspiration to museum professional. Today we are launching a Podcast for Museum Professionals that makes it easy for anyone to listen to the best in museum thinking wherever they are.
Each MuseumNext Talks podcast will share a conference presentation from one of our events.
Imagine using your commute to listen to the inspiring conversation between Jasper Visser and Dr David Fleming, Director of National Museums Liverpool about museums as activists recorded at our European Conference or learning about the latest museum tech innovations whilst on a run.
MuseumNext founder Jim Richardson said, ‘Podcasts are another way in which we are able to share the inspiring presentations from our conferences. I love the idea of museum professionals around the world being able to download and listen to the latest thinking from MuseumNext’s innovative speakers in a format which is easy to fit into the daily routine’.
Other presentations now available include Shelley Bernstein talking about the Ask Brooklyn Museum app, an innovative multi award winning digital project and Dea Birkett from the UK based charity Kids in Museums sharing the story of Takeover Day.
