We have started to announce speakers for our major European conference on the future of museums, but what can those joining us from across Europe and further afield expect from MuseumNext?
Three days of inspiration, innovation and collaboration
MuseumNext Europe is a three day conference on the future of museums, packed with inspiring presentations, workshops that deep dive into a broad range of subjects and plenty of opportunities to network with museum professionals from aroudn the world.

The conference will start with our popular activity day. This is gives conference delegates the opportunity to visit museums, galleries and heritage sites across Rotterdam, to network with their peers from around the world and enjoy workshops and presentations.
Two stages of inspiration
The second and third days of the conference will be held at De Doelen, a concert hall and convention centre right in the heart of Rotterdam. We will have two stages of presentations for delegates to choose from with subjects ranging from marketing to digital, education to inclusion, touring to the environment.
During the second and third days of the conference we will also have twelve workshops. These are included within the price of the conference but come on a first come first served basis, so it’s a good reason to book your conference ticket early.

We are working with some of Rotterdam’s leading cultural institutions to organise unmissable special events. The international nature of our conference gives delegates the opportunity to meet people who they would never otherwise meet and has created collaborations which span the globe.
MuseumNext Europe will welcome just 700 delegates, and over 25% of the tickets have sold already. We recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.
