MuseumNext to return to New York City
MuseumNext will return to New York City in November 2018 for a two day conference in central Manhattan. The event will take place on 1 – 2 November at Broad Street Ballroom.
The theme is ‘designing the future of museums’ and the programme includes speakers from across Europe, North America and further afield.
MuseumNext founder Jim Richardson said, ‘Design impacts every element of the museum from persuading us to attend to shaping our experience. We’re excited to bring together this programme with speaker from institutions including Tate, Dubai Future Foundation, Studio Museum, Perez Art Museum and Art Gallery of Ontario joining us to discuss ‘what’s next?’
This will be the forth year that the conference has taken place in the United States and the second time that the event has visited New York City. The previous edition in that city attracted 650 people, so we expect this to be a popular event.
