Founded in 2014, the innovative IT company specializes in the creation of digital, audio, and virtual tours and develops state-of-the-art technologies for museums and cultural institutions.

With over 300 digital tours of different themes on its portfolio, Clio Muse holds expertise in the content creation of different categories including history, dark tourism, mythology, gastronomy, and architecture.

Content creation
Our storytelling methodology was created after extensive research in collaboration with world-renowned museums. It took us two years to develop it step by step and all of our tours are created based on specific instructions. Our aim is to create self-guided digital tours for modern travellers and to promote sustainable tourism. The team of the Clio Muse content department is responsible for writing our own tours as well as editing tours submitted by third-party creators.
Clio Muse tours’ authoring tool
We have developed the Clio Muse authoring tool, CREATE which enables exhibitions’ curators to easily create, edit or update their tours in real-time whether they are virtual or audio, displayed on the web or mobile app, or are part of interactive maps on screens. We always enrich and update our authoring tool with new features.

We provide museums with user interaction statistics that help them see what captivated their visitors’ interest during their digital tour as well as understand this audience better.
