Pimentel & Partners is a recently formed creative consultancy specialising in the design of brand experiences, museums and visitor attractions. We believe in the power of experience and the ability to positively affect how people think and feel through engaging design and compelling content for the better. We bring to life inspiring stories in both physical and digital space, making the most of every communication channel available. We have extensive experience in the development of creative concepts for drinks brands, including brand homes and visitor destinations.

We are a world-class team of multidisciplinary experts specialising in architecture, retail interior & exhibition design, graphic design, brand identity, digital interaction and content creation. Collaborating together to create holistic integrated solutions we can meet the needs of any project. The breadth of our work is omni-channel, blending physical and digital space to maximise reach and impact. Collaborators by nature, we work iteratively alongside you and your stakeholders, building consensus to develop innovative solutions to challenging problems. Founder and Creative Director Paulo Pimentel is an expert in the design of brand experiences, museums and visitor attractions. He is an Architect with a career spanning over 20 years having worked for Fosters, BDP, Arup, Imagination and Event Communications. The majority of his career has been spent developing innovative experiences for both blue chip brands and cultural institutions, creating content-led experiences that tell their stories in the most compelling and memorable ways. He has led multi-disciplinary teams to design and deliver world class projects in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Paulo has extensive experience designing solutions that minimise waste, energy use and impact on their surroundings whilst maximising the potential for educational messaging and positive social outcomes.

Most recently Paulo has developed design practices that incorporate social distancing in high traffic areas such as exhibitions and events. He is an expert in the transformation of storytelling experiences from traditional space to the digital world, engaging existing audiences and winning new fans globally.
