Who’s running this conference?
The Digital Summit is an annual event organised by MuseumNext. We’ve been running conferences since 2009, with several thousand attending our events in Europe, North America and Australia each year. You can find out a little more about us here.

How does a virtual conference work?
The Digital Summit will take place live online. You’ll be able to access it from anywhere with internet. If you miss any of the sessions, you can watch on-demand after the event and you’ll have access to the films for 6 months.

What’s an Unlimited ticket?
An Unlimited ticket for the conference allows a museum to give access to the conference to an unlimited number of their staff for a single payment of £240. Once you have bought a ticket, you’ll be sent a link to register your individual members of staff (or simply share the link with your team and get them to sign up). We think this is excellent value for money for any museum.

I’m not in the UK can I attend?
We welcome delegates from around the world to all our events. This conference is taking place online at a time convenient to those in Europe and North America, but with our films available on-demand you’ll be able to watch recordings even if you can’t attend live.

Can I get an invoice?
If your museum won’t allow you to purchase a ticket online we can invoice for the cost of the ticket. Just email jim (at) museumnext.com

Is there a not-for-profit price?
This event is for museums, so the £120 price is for not-for-profits. That’s less than £3 per conference session, and offers an unmissable opportunity to advance your institutions digital thinking.

I’m not working at the minute, can I get a discount?

I’m a student, can I get a discount?
We offer a discount to full-time students. Drop us an email on jim (at) museumnext.com from your University email address and we’ll give you a discount code.

What language is the conference in?
All presentations will be in English.

Can I speak at the conference?
We do an open call for speakers for all our events and the programme for the Digital Summit is now complete. Sign up for our mailing list to hear about the next opportunity to speak.
