Jen Weavers

Jen possesses a decade of accounting and finance expertise, beginning her career as an auditor with KPMG and later assuming management roles in diverse industries.

Her background covers audit, biotech, financial reporting, small business, non-profit, and day-to-day accounting, encompassing complex revenue and balance sheet accounting. Jennifer holds a BS in Accountancy from Northern Arizona University, an MBA from San Diego State University, and an active CPA license in California.

As BPOC’s Director of Finance and Strategic Operations, Jen manages BPOC’s finances and project consulting, driving client development, proposals, project execution, and delivery.
