Lissa Latina has worked in museum education since 1997 at the J. Paul Getty Museum, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, and the Cleveland Museum of Art.
She has developed programming for a wide range of audiences, including school communities, colleges, teachers, families, docents, and the general public.
She specializes in mind-body connection and introduced mindful awareness-based teaching at the Getty in 2016.
She received her BA in English literature from Notre Dame College and her MA in Art History from John Carroll University. She is co-author of Activity-Based Teaching in the Art Museum (2020).
