Rebekah Polding

CEO of Discover since April 2023, Rebekah brings experience of developing broader, happier, larger audiences for organisations from across the cultural sector including a travelling archive film van, award winning pop-up spaces for the Museum of Enfield and a custard-pie throwing exhibition in the heart of BAFTA.

She has served as lead expert in Cultural Inclusion for the EU URBACT programme, working with eight European capital cities, and has provided strategic support for organisations from British Council to Enfield Council, The New Black Film Collective to Royal Horticultural Society, National Trust and National Lottery Heritage Fund.

She’s passionate about sharing the magic of children’s books and giving more people fabulous creative experiences.
