Stepping out the comfort zone to re-imagine the museum experience

In 2016 the Nordic Museum ran a year long Digital Identities training programme, trying new ways of engaging online with a younger audience, discovering ways of becoming facilitators of online conversation and rethinking ideas about participation and partnerships.
A central exercise was to discover a new tone of voice for online engagement. How did this work, what did they learn and how can any cultural organisation learn lessons from what they did?
