Commercial and Campaigns Assistant

About the role

This role will lead on the department administration for Commercial and Campaigns, providing essential support for income generation across the Museum.

The main tasks will be:

• Managing financial administration for the Commercial and Campaigns, by setting up systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the department.
• Co-ordinating donor communications and events for the Development team.
• Monitoring the Commercial hires inbox and supporting site visits and event set up.
• Providing floor support to the retail team during busy times.
• Managing the diary of the Director of Commercial and Campaigns.

About you

You will be a well-organised self-starter, with experience of working as part of a team and independently. You will have a track record of managing a busy workload, and be passionate about giving our visitors and supporters a high-quality experience.

You will be able to show you can:

• work collaboratively with colleagues in a fast paced environment
• maintain positive relationships with all departments
• meet strict deadlines
• provide high quality and accurate reports
