Content and Communications Manager

  • Organisation:Quentin Blake Centre for Illustration
  • Location:London
  • Salary:£36,000 - £42,000 depending on experience
  • Contract type:Full time, permanent

We are a small arts charity on an exciting journey to create the UK’s national centre for illustration. We are seeking a brilliant creative communicator who will increase the reach and visibility of our work and renew our digital presence, creating imaginative digital content that positions us as a ‘go-to’ voice for illustration.

We champion art that is dynamic, diverse and inclusive; we want our team to reflect that. You don’t need to have particular qualifications or arts sector experience to apply. Although this is listed as a full-time post, we’re very happy to explore alternative options such as part-time work and job-shares.

In recognition of underrepresentation in our staff team, we will be offering guaranteed interviews to Deaf and disabled applicants and applicants of African, Caribbean, Central Asian, East Asian, South Asian, South East Asian and West Asian heritage whose applications meet the essential criteria listed in the Job Pack.

Please visit our website to download the Job Pack for more details on the role, what we are looking for and how to apply: Our Application Guidance Notes explain how we will process your application.

A second online information evening for this role and the Campaign Lead post currently being advertised will take place on Thursday 5 January at 18:00. This is an opportunity to meet our team, find out more about our work and ask questions about the role. If you would like to attend, please email [email protected] to ask for joining details.

If you have any queries, please email us [email protected]

We are registered as a Disability Confident employer. Please let us know if you have any access requirements that need to be met to support you to make an application or participate in the interview process [email protected].

Application deadline: 11th January at 09:00 GMT
