We’re looking for a collaborative designer with tons of initiative to create functional and beautiful experiences that engage broad and diverse audiences on Tate’s digital platforms.
The role sits within the Digital Product Team whose remit is to use technology to enrich people’s everyday lives with art. As a Product Designer, you will be helping define and drive the future of digital design across Tate’s products.
You’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use design solutions for millions of users. You will create effective designs collaborating with a product manager, content producers, developers, and other teams to create innovative experiences across all of Tate’s digital platforms.
You should have a good understanding of user experience and digital product design, holding a degree in design or with relevant experience. You will have experience of designing public facing websites and strong knowledge of user centred design methodologies and you should have experience of working closely with product and development teams.
You do not have to be an art specialist to join Tate’s Digital team. We are looking for people who are passionate about arts, culture and creativity, and who have professional experience in user experience and digital design.
