Call for Expressions of interest

Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art is inviting proposals from an individual/freelancer, company or agency to deliver project management for a suite of digital projects.
The work involves managing a c.10-month project as part of Baltic’s exciting part in Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Digital Accelerator Programme. The scheme helps cultural organizations make strategic investments in digital infrastructure.
The project involves developing an integrated Customer Relationship Management database tool (CRM), a redeveloped Archive Website that will migrate c.30,000 content records and a new website, Nature + Nurture will enable the public to creatively explore and share the nature on Baltic’s doorstep, and their own.
The fixed rate for the agreed piece of work is 31,160.00 (inclusive of expenses and VAT if a limited company or agency) and it is anticipated that this will involve c.75-80 days across the project duration.
- You will have experience of managing projects that involve data processes, content management and/or liaison with suppliers and specialist agencies in data management and web development.
- The Digital Project Manager will liaise with vendors and suppliers, assign tasks and advance the progress of expected deliverables.
- Offers of proposal are invited for how the contract would be delivered to meet the brief according to duration/time management, budget and methodology used to approach the projects. Download Digital Project Brief.
