Responsible for the day-day operation of the estate, maintaining good house-keeping and site presentation. This role requires a positive attitude, with good attention to detail, whether undertaking routine housekeeping, building maintenance, painting or general labouring tasks. Working safely and maintaining a safe site is an essential part of this role.

We are looking for a semi-skilled operative, who is competent across of range of building maintenance tasks and capable of using a wide range of tools and equipment. You will have good communication skills and experience of working in a customer service environment.
