You will play an important role, alongside the HR Project Team, leading on the delivery of people projects which are instrumental in the delivery of our people plan.
This is a new role following a restructure of the HR & Volunteering Team to create a team dedicated to project work, making work and the working environment better for our employees and volunteers.
The projects will encompass reward, equality and diversity, work with trade unions, policy development and on occasion assistance with more generalist HR work.
The role can be homebased or based at one of our offices, which are London (Wood Street), Bristol, Swindon or York. Travel around the UK will be required for time to time and there will be occasional overnight stays.
