We are looking for a dynamic and creative Audiences and Content Manager who will lead our strategy for promotional content at the National Army Museum. This is an exciting time as we undertake our Gallery refresh programme and build the Communications and Campaigns department. Passionate, personable, and motivated, our ideal candidate will thrive as part of a new team and will see their ideas come to life.
We are looking for someone who can oversee integrated messaging and content streams that raise awareness of the National Army Museum. You will be responsible for our onsite audience segmentation model and its roll out across digital activity. You will also be responsible for commissioning, monitoring and evaluating audience research and using these insights to inform compelling content creation and action changes across the Museum.
The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in a content creation or audience research role and will proactively manage relationships with heritage, history and other online influencers. You will be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.
