Abbi Fletcher

Abbi Fletcher is an experienced Producer and Project Manager specialising in arts, culture, and education. Passionate about expanding arts access, fostering community engagement, and driving sustainability initiatives, Abbi is committed to creating a fairer and greener world through innovative public programming and collaborative projects.

As the Learning Programme Manager at Tate, Abbi works across Learning, Curatorial, Digital, and Interpretation teams to align ambitions and create impactful moments that bring together different areas of practice. Her role focuses on developing dynamic and inclusive Learning Seasons that engage audiences through creative and critical exploration.

With a background spanning fashion, education, climate, and social justice, Abbi previously served as Creative Campaign and Project Manager at the Climate Emergency Network (CEN), integrating climate action into the arts sector. As a Lecturer in Textile Design at UAL, she explored how creativity can be a tool for social and climate action.

Abbi has built partnerships with key cultural and environmental organisations, including The Barbican, Letters to the Earth, Culture Declares Emergency, It’s Freezing in LA!, and Extinction Rebellion. She has led impactful projects such as Carnival of Crisis, Appetite for Justice, Earth Quest, and The Green House, and collaborated with Citizens UK on a mayoral election campaign.

At the heart of her work is a commitment to fostering creative learning—defined as an open and limitless process driven by artistic experimentation, materials, imagination, and curiosity. She believes in using creativity to develop new skills, perspectives, and insights that support wellbeing, cultural engagement, and personal growth.
