Alicia Vogl Saenz

Alicia Vogl Saenz is the Manager of Family Programs at Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) where she develops art classes for children and adults, family programs, classes for older adults, and mindfulness programs. In addition she has developed bilingual family guides and art kits. In her twenty-five years at LACMA, she is committed to intergenerational learning, accessibility, and inclusion.

For nearly twenty years, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA) has presented a range of programs that now fall under an Art + Wellness umbrella. Beginning with small, experimental programming, this robust schedule of offerings invites contemplative and creative experiences for participants while broadening the institution’s impact and reach. This session shares ways to bring connectedness into our work as museum professionals to further cultivate and sustain creativity, purpose, and joy.
