Amy Cheng

With over three years in Museum Learning and Engagement, Amy Cheng has been instrumental in creating inclusive programs that inspire curiosity and celebrate diverse histories at Birmingham Museums Trust.

She has successfully project managed the launch of a new Schools’ program at Birmingham Museum and Art Gallery following its five year closure for essential maintenance works. And also developed and project managed signature events like the annual ‘International Women and Girls in Science Day.’

Amy’s work focuses on making Museums accessible to all audiences while fostering collaboration between educators, students, and communities. She is passionate about equality and representation. She aims to create learning opportunities that demonstrate how Museums can be catalysts for social change and organisational growth.
