Setting the museum free to be democratic, engaging and empowering for users in climate actions

Mark has for several years worked with the green transition as a mission for the museum to achieve together with our users. We use local history to create action in the present and hope for the future. In co-creation with users, we use the museum as a democratic space, as a social meeting place and as a place where you can create, act on your ideas and be acknowledged in your feelings and climate concerns. The presentation will present different case studies, all of which present how museums and local history become relevant for the green transition by creating opportunities for action and reflection.
