Charlotte Paddock is the Adults and Communities Participation Manager at Royal Museums Greenwich and has over 9 years of experience in the culture and heritage sector. Her practice focusses on creating high quality participatory programmes with underrepresented audiences to challenge inequality and contribute to social change.
