Dr Eileen Clegg

Dr Eileen Clegg has over 10 years’ experience working in the Heritage and sector prior to that, taught History in inner city secondary schools in Manchester and Liverpool.

She has a PhD in Archaeology from the University of Liverpool and is currently the Lead Public Programming Manager at the National Museum of the Royal Navy.

She leads a team responsible for the development and delivery of exciting visitor, community, and schools programming across the museum galleries, sites and ships that make up the National Museum of the Royal Navy.

World’s Beneath the Waves

This project engages audiences by using generative AI in an on-gallery interactive as part of a new temporary exhibition about oceanography. The interactive lets people create their own sea creature and take this away as a digital souvenir (via email).
