Fi is a Yoga Teacher, Dancer & Arts Therapist.
Deeply intrigued by emotions and how they manifest in our bodies. Yoga is part of my heritage and I have practised it since my childhood. For the past 5 years, I have taught full-time after acquiring the foundation in RYT 200 hours yoga teacher training in Rishikesh, India and further trained in Yoga Therapy at the Yoga Therapy Institute in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
Whilst on my travels around the world I studied & discovered diverse knowledge, ancient techniques & esoteric practices in the body/mind/soul realm. Fascinated by the traditional eastern philosophy I weave these ancient sacred practices into our modern-day western culture in a way to better understand our fast past everyday experience.
Educated in masters of creative arts therapy & foundation in Chinese Medicine. Trained in NLP & Value Centric Coaching. It is my aim to enrich the lives of those she works with through cultivating body and mind awareness. I teach diverse styles of yoga, workshops, sacred cacao ceremonies and therapeutic coaching sessions to adults & adolescents.
As we entered the digital museumspace we started to give visitors a space to explore, but now in the next step, we want to give visitors the full museum experience including educational programming and yoga sessions. How do you do that?
