Museums can be powerful partners across a learner’s entire academic journey. At The Ringling, the Education and Academic Affairs Departments work together to create a vertically aligned learning ecosystem supporting students from Kindergarten through graduate and beyond school while cultivating future museum professionals. Co-presented by Dr. Brooke Keller and Fran Tignor, M.A., this session explores how integrated school and teacher programs, scaffolded homeschool experiences, college partnerships, internships, and early career pathways build museum literacy and strengthen academic success. Participants will leave with adaptable strategies for designing sustainable, multi-level education pipelines.
