During PUNCH – our monthly museum take-over – we invite cultural partners to curate a programme that reflects directly on the main, temporary exhibition.
The explicit commission to create an in-depth programme works both ways: our ‘regular visitors’ are invited to look at the exhibition from a different perspective, while we invite a new audience to visit the museum, often for the first time.
By really challenging the partners to dive deep into the themes the main artist draws from, the societal issues addressed in our public programme never feel ‘forced’, but follow directly and organically from our artistic programme.
