Jacqui Uhlmann is Head of Collection at the NFSA where she has been a central part of the NFSA’s successful advocacy for increased funding to address the challenge of Deadline 2025.

Jacqui is now working with the NFSA’s CEO Patrick McIntyre and the NFSA Senior Executive team to implement a new strategic vision for the NFSA that will see the organisation become Australia’s most dynamic and valued cultural organisation – telling the national story through audiovisual media which are the cultural experience platforms of our time.

Jacqui has trained as a lawyer but has spent the majority of her career working in the Australian Government developing and implementing national cultural policy, including programs and activities to increase the impact and availability of Australia’s cultural heritage.
