Building Resilience: Virtual Art & Movement for Children

The mental health crisis is impacting children at alarming rates in our schools. How can museum programs help build resilience in children? Artful Movement, a virtual field trip for PreK-6th grade audiences, was developed with this goal in mind. Learn from participant testimonials and the creators of Artful Movement how combining slow looking, breathwork, and movement increases self-worth, joy, and a sense of belonging in youth. Leave the workshop with simple tools to become an agent for change.
