Jonathan Cates is the Technical Product Manager for Wellcome Collection. Jonathan’s background is in archives, libraries, and publishing with prior experience as an archivist before moving into product management. For the majority of his career Jonathan has been motivated by the challenge of creating products and services that respond to diverse user needs while also supporting effective information discovery and retrieval.
