In 2020, the Natural History Museum declared a planetary emergency and shifted the focus of its work to a new mission: creating advocates for the planet.
Its newest gallery, opening in Spring 2025, embodies this new mission and aims to build an ecosystem of people who will work to understand and champion the need for change. Built not only to inspire positive environmental action, it has also been built with sustainability at the forefront.
