Lisa Parascandolo

Special Educational Needs (SEN) Practitioner

Lisa Parascandolo is an experienced, knowledgeable, motivated and passionate SEN practitioner.

She has been teaching in Complex Needs classes for over 20 years with a range or PMLD children and children at very early development stages.

This close work with the children in her classes over the years, her research and CPD have enabled her to gain a wealth of knowledge and understanding as well as a huge desire to facilitate and empower communication.

Lisa has worked with many cultural organisations such as the Old Royal Naval College, The National Maritime Museum, PeopleScape theatre, Horniman Museum, TATE Modern and the London Philharmonic Orchestra.

Lisa is a strong advocate for children to have motivating and interesting opportunities that stimulate learning and in ways that are concrete, sensory and experiential.
