Animal Kingdom: Designing Immersive Experiences for All Ages

The Newark Museum of Art has created a new space to explore the intersection between art, science, and technology. The first interactive exhibition Animal Kingdom, is an exploration of ecology and nature, through specimens, artworks, and immersive experiences, which opened September 2022. In this exhibition visitors interact with different digital experiences that explore the three main habitats where animals can be found on earth: land, water and air. These experiences were developed by OLO creative farm, an Italian digital agency and teamLab, an interdisciplinary group based in Japan in partnership with the Museum. Find out how we successfully integrated technology into our exhibitions.
