Paula Toledo is an artist, TEDx speaker, and well-being strategist advancing social health initiatives through creativity, connection, and evidence-based design.

With a background in marketing and product innovation at Fortune 500 companies and a Master of Applied Positive Psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, Paula bridges the humanities and the science of well-being to promote cultures of belonging and system-wide transformation across sectors.

As Lead Well-being Consultant at the Vancouver Art Gallery’s Art of Wellbeing Lab, Paula is helping shape one of Canada’s most progressive models of social prescribing, integrating art, nature, and healthcare to foster individual and collective well-being.

Through her company, Ode to Wonder, and signature programs such as awethentIQ@work™ and Wonder Gatherings™, Paula partners with leaders and organizations to transform disconnection into cultures of belonging, creativity, and renewal—turning workplaces into ecosystems where people and performance thrive together.
