Rebecca Salminen Witt is the Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer for the Detroit Historical Society which runs the Detroit Historical Museum and the Dossin Great Lakes Museum in Detroit, Michigan, USA. She has practiced as an environmental attorney and prior to joining the Museum world she was the President and CEO of a Detroit environmental group, The Greening of Detroit. She brought a new environmentally focused lens to the work of the museums in 2017 and has spoken broadly on groundbreaking environmental and museum programs to audiences across the globe.
