Rob Lewis

Rob has a background in collections, having trained in conservation before working in collections roles more broadly, were he has worked to situate collections as a resource to support social purpose.

He is currently Assistant Director of Transformation at Birmingham Museums Trust, supporting a range of organisational change initiatives, including moves to decentralise decision making and shift away from hierarchical structures.

He has over 20 years in the sector, which has included roles on major museum development projects in Glasgow and the State of Qatar, and is a Fellow of the Clore Leadership programme.
