Rosie Barker

Rosie is Participation Manager at Birmingham Museums Trust, working across the Trust’s nine sites on participatory projects and ways of working.

Her role aims to develop ways of engaging and representing more of the people of the city, in ways that meet their needs and that have a meaningful purpose and impact.

In her time with the Trust she has worked on bringing community voices into a major capital project at Aston Hall, consultation and research with communities in the city, as well as programmes to support mental health and wellbeing, improve and provide access, and tell different stories through community-led and co-produced exhibitions.
