Four situations and four interventions where museums have collaborated with clinical and social care providers to create conditions for people to talk about, engage with and find self-expression at times when they are living with the impacts of chronic health conditions and social isolation.
From the perspective of care providers, patients and residents, hear about specific contexts that can give rise to disconnection and loneliness and how opportunities created with the museums are contributing to strategies to positively address this.
