From IRL to virtual and back: The Future of Digital in Museums

The intersection between virtual and physical communications in the Museum space. This will encompass the many ways virtual tools and technologies are shaping the way that audiences experience Museums, how they find them and what the 18-34 year old Museum visitor expects from their immersive experience. Drawing from my extensive background in communications with the arts, science and technology spaces, as well as my current role at the MIT Museum, I will showcase case studies that are pertinent to the summit and spark creative ideas to apply at the audiences’ own museums.
