Susana Vallejos

Susana Vallejos is an international coordinator at Vrak – Museum of Wrecks in Stockholm, Sweden, a museum dedicated to the underwater cultural heritage of the Baltic Sea. She is a maritime archaeologist and cultural heritage professional with over 15 years of experience in maritime museums.

With a strong interest in participatory and co-creative approaches, she develops inclusive, audience-centered experiences and builds meaningful collaborations with communities underrepresented in museum contexts.

Through her work, she explores how cultural institutions can become more accessible, relevant, and responsive to diverse audiences, while fostering a sense of shared ownership of cultural heritage.
