Jiaying Chen is a Manager of the Digital Services & Communications team. Her team drives digital product strategy and governance, providing strategic consultancy across heritage experiences within and beyond HeritageSG. Through prototyping and piloting emerging technologies, the team explores innovative ways to bring heritage experiences to new audiences and uplift the heritage sector.
