The Chatbot Project: Deep Learning as a Team

How can a museum leverage AI to enrich the visitor experience, while learning to master a constantly evolving technology? The Musée national des beaux-arts du Québec shares its journey in creating a chatbot, between challenges, experiments and lessons learned. Agility, adaptation and a human-centered approach have guided this project, which continues to evolve… Join us to discover how to innovate with an AI prototype, minimize risk and maximize impact… while avoiding our mistakes!
