Pim Hutjens is a product owner at Beeld & Geluid (Sound & Vision), where the Media Museum is housed. He has extensive experience in developing & managing digital products in both business and cultural environments. For the Media Museum, he managed the development of mobile and tablet apps and a digital souvenirs offering that serves both regular as educational visitors. Also involved in improving the museum experience itself, mainly its exhibits. As much as reasonably possible with the user experience of visitors in mind he finds a balance between the use of creative and innovative technology while offering a meaningful personalised visitor experience.
