Scott Gillam

Scott Gillam is a digital transformation and experience leader with more than 15 years of experience helping museums and cultural organizations modernize the systems, governance, and operating models that support digital collections and public engagement. Most recently, he served as Director of Design & Digital Experience at the Canadian Museum for Human Rights, where he led enterprise digital strategy, digital asset management, web modernization, accessibility initiatives, and emerging technology programs. Scott is a board member of the Museum Computer Network (MCN) and has contributed to sector-wide conversations on digital strategy, collections, governance, and artificial intelligence.
