Tim Powell is a freelance producer and creative consultant. He creates experiences that combine immersive technology, live performance and physical installation – and works with organisations to develop strategies for innovation.
Tim has been mentor for Digital Capapult’s CreativeXR programme and advisory panel member of the StoryFutures Academy – and has presented and taught his work and approach in 12 countries worldwide.
Previously, as Head of the Creative R&D Studio, he led the creative innovation strategy for Historic Royal Palaces – who look after the UK’s most-visited heritage attractions including the Tower of London.
Whilst there he led projects spanning social media campaigns, online interactives, on-site installations and new immersive experiences – including the multiple award-winning The Lost Palace.
