The new London Museum website aims to bring new non-specialist audiences to the museum’s collections online with a new editorial layer of 1,000 SEO-friendly London Stories about notable people, places, London subjects and historic events. AI technologies have been used to create lateral connections between objects and stories and to generate alt text for over 120,000 object images making our collections online truly accessible for the first time in its history.
