Previously defining social media strategies at the British Library, lastminute.com and Age UK, Helen specialises in building engaged online communities and delivering data-driven campaigns.
Helen is an honorary Londoner, having lived in the city for nearly 30 years, but was born and bred in Blackpool. Her first job after graduating with a degree in English Language & Literature was working as an editorial assistant at Teletext, where she honed her ability to sum up any given story in three neat paragraphs.
