MuseumNext partners with Museum Hue for NYC event

MuseumNext held its second conference in North America this week with a two day event in New York City.

We were grateful to partner with Museum Hue who helped us to open up the conference to their members through free tickets to the event and a networking event at the National Museum of the American Indian.

Museum Hue is the leading organisation dedicated to advancing Black, Indigenous, and other People of Colour in the cultural field across the United States. Co-founder Monica O. Montgomery has previously spoken at MuseumNext in Europe and we were delighted to have the opportunity to partner with them for this conference.

The National Museum of the American Indian welcomed both MuseumNext delegates and the MuseumHue community to the museum for a drinks reception which provided an opportunity to network and discuss the days presentations.

Huge thanks to Monica O. Montgomery and Stephanie Cunningham for making this happen and to all at the National Museum of the American Indian for being so welcoming.
