When will it take place? In which time zones?

The conference will take place on 26 – 27 January 2027, starting at 12pm GMT (London).

How do I register and what payment methods are accepted?

You can register for the event online through our ticketing partner Ti.To. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Prefer to pay by invoice and bank transfer? Contact our box office at boxoffice@museumnext.com and we’ll be happy to assist.

What is an Unlimited Ticket, and how does it work?

The Unlimited Ticket is our institutional pass, giving access to the conference for all your staff, volunteers, and trustees for a single fee.

After purchasing, you’ll receive a “free ticket” link to share with your team so they can register with minimal admin.

-No limit on the number of attendees.

-Each person receives full access to the livestream and recordings on-demand.

What is a Season Pass, and how does it work?

The Season Pass provides institutional access to our next six MuseumNext events.

Like the Unlimited Ticket, this pass covers all staff, volunteers, and trustees for one single fee.

Which platform will you use, and how do I join sessions?

The livestream is broadcast directly on a web page — no special software required. Simply click the link we provide, and you’re in.

On-demand content is available through our membership platform, Mighty Networks.

What technical requirements do I need?

-A modern web browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge, or Firefox recommended)

-A stable internet connection

-No downloads or installations required

Will sessions be recorded? Can I access them later?

Absolutely. Most attendees watch on-demand.

You’ll have access to all sessions for 12 months via our Mighty Networks platform.

How do I network with other attendees or speakers?

Our livestream includes a chatbox where you can:

-Ask questions during sessions

-Connect with other delegates in real time

How do live Q&As work?

You can submit questions in the chatbox during the livestream.

If you have questions after the event, email us and we can connect you with the speaker.

Do MuseumNext conferences count as CPD?

MuseumNext conferences provide structured professional learning designed for people working in museums, galleries, heritage and cultural organisations. Delegates receive a Certificate of Professional Learning that outlines the hours spent engaging with the programme.

Our events are widely recognised by museums and cultural organisations as valuable continuing professional development. The quality of our speakers ensures that MuseumNext provides sector-leading insight that supports staff development, learning plans and performance reviews.

Most organisations allow staff to record MuseumNext conferences as self-directed or structured CPD, and many include our events in internal training logs.
